It’s time to get real about it—the fashion industry has officially become one of the biggest threats to our environment.
 
Fashion production is currently clocking in as being responsible for as much as 10% of all global pollution, making it one of the most earth-damaging industries in the world. To put it into perspective, about 87% of the materials used to make clothing has ended its life span in a landfill or by incineration—and this is just scratching the surface.
 
Fast fashion has made online shopping cheaper and more accessible, but just like anything else that seems too good to be true, there's a dark side to this industry shift. With an increase accessibility comes an increase in demand, but more often than not, this demand leads to overproduction—and many companies’ solution to this [self-created] problem is burning and/or throwing away millions of dollars worth of unsold clothes at the end of each season. And this isn’t even accounting for waste produced by water usage during manufacturing & greenhouse gas emissions from both production and transportation.
 
Now that you know all that, how is Gyal Code different?
Gyal Code is a print-on-demand streetwear brand made using the latest direct-to-garment printing technology, a more sustainable & eco-friendly approach to fashion production.
 
Every single product purchased from us is made specifically for you, which means there’s never any leftover stock & we’re producing less waste than traditional apparel manufacturing! This also allows us to keep our catalogue diverse & up-to-date while keeping our brand morals in tact & not contributing to the quickly rising fashion industry global crisis. 
 
We understand conscious fashion may not be as time or price-efficient as fast fashion, but this is a sacrifice we’re more than willing to make to contribute to a more mindful, earth-prioritized fashion industry, and we hope our customers not only understand, but join us in prioritizing looking good without it having to compromise the planet!

To ensure optimal satisfaction, we ask that you please read and understand all of these policies in their entirety before ordering from Gyal Code.

Processing:

Apparel from Gyal Code is made-to-order to reduce waste, maintain our quality guarantee and provide a high quality customer experience.

Because of this, please expect 3-10 business days for your order to process, not including nights and weekends. We understand that many brands have a fast fashion model today, but our desire to provide ethically sourced, high quality products surpasses our desire to rush the process, and hope that our customers can understand this.

In order for our customer experience to remain hassle free, please do not order from Gyal Code unless you are prepared to wait the processing length previously specified.

Shipping:

Shipping timeframe starts after the completion of the processing time, and the length of the shipping is dependent on your shipping selection during your purchase. Seeing as we have several different production teams, different items within one order may arrive separately.

In order to ensure optimal customer satisfaction, please fully read and understand all of these policies in their entirety before ordering from Gyal Code.

Return Policy:

Because all of our clothing is made-to-order to promote conscious fashion, all apparel purchased from Gyal Code is final sale unless you received a defective product. If so, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment at support@gyalcode.com with your concern and proof of defect to receive a replacement.

There are absolutely no returns, refunds or exchanges offered through Gyal Code for any reason other than quality issues (including incorrect sizing), so please be sure to consult our sizing guide or contact us if unsure before ordering.
